Who We Are
My name is Panos Theodoridis, and I bring over 35 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to creating exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing hospitality teams. I have had the privilege of serving as Director of Sales & Marketing and as General Manager for some of the finest hotels in Greece.
A significant chapter of my professional journey was spent on the beautiful island of Mykonos, where I worked for nearly a decade. There, I honed my expertise in the unique demands of luxury hospitality, always striving to exceed guest expectations and foster a culture of excellence.
My passion for hospitality is deeply influenced by my love for both Eastern and Greek philosophy. These philosophies have shaped not only my own approach but also the approach of my team, especially when it comes to staff training. Together, we inspire teams to deliver truly memorable, “wow” experiences for every guest. We believe that genuine hospitality is an art—one that combines skill, empathy, and a deep understanding of human nature.
